Institut du nouveau monde - Rêver pour Créer

Rêver pour Créer is an initiative from Institut du Nouveau Monde and overseen by the Gagnon Foundation. The website was developed as a platform destined for the youth, where they could voice their wishes for the future. The platform was launched on February 28th, 2020, in attendance of decision-makers and institutional partners. All the dreams collected throughout the year will then be handed over to politicians. 

To send a dream, the child or the institutional partner has to fill a form. Once filled, it is validated by the INM team via the CMS and its moderating system. If the content is appropriate, the dream is then published on the website. Additionally, a search system and filters were implemented to find your dream or navigate specific content. Once enough dreams are collected, stats will be compiled and showcased dynamically on the homepage.  

Simple animations were integrated on the website to represent a dreamlike world while remaining intuitive and comprehensible. A specific color palette and iconography were created to identify six dream categories.
